Dancing Yoga / Release Technique: 

The focus is directly addressing the awaking of the senses by motivating multiple body centres through breathing and visualisation exercises and / or body interventions.
During simple exercises we will explore our impulses and timing using an enhanced understanding of our different Body Systems. Elements of Yoga and Alexander Technique are going to be included, helping us improve our postural structure.
During the warm-up phase we will focus on releasing and extending the body, awaking thus the senses and developing an awareness of the inner and outer space.
We shall continue with learning simple movement sequences, taking time to explore them deeply, and finding joy and freedom when moving in a set material. Gradually we will try to increase the energy input and the range of our physicality by using the qualities of momentum and gravity.
